Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

Draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the bracketed details must be completed before launch.

1. Who is responsible

[Legal entity name], [registered address], is responsible for personal data handled through Nativness. Contact: [contact email].

2. What we handle

Your public wallet address, when you connect a wallet. We never receive your private key or seed phrase.

Offers you create, tracking links you take and simulated conversions and payouts.

3. Where it is stored

This information is kept in your own browser. The wallet you last connected is remembered in local storage. It is not sent to a Nativness server, and it is not shared across devices. Clearing your browser’s site data deletes it.

4. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, payment card or identity documents. We set no advertising cookies.

5. Third parties

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Your wallet extension is provided by its own developer under its own privacy policy.

Blockchains are public. Any transaction a wallet makes on one is public and permanent. Nativness itself asks your wallet to make none.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Because this data stays in your browser, you can delete it yourself at any time. For anything else, write to [contact email].

7. Changes

A later release will add a database and a server. This policy will be rewritten before that happens, and the date above will change.
